Description
I'm a psychological counselor (CBT specialization) and I help young adults to know themselves better, to have more authentic relationships, starting from their relationship with themselves. I rely on a balance between structure and gentleness: sometimes you need clarity and direction, other times you just need a space where you feel understood. In therapy, we learn together how to identify your needs, how to set boundaries without guilt, and how to be you without the fear that it's 'too much'.
