The interaction helped me to self-discover by solidifying the connection between thoughts, actions, core thoughts and past or environmental experiences. I managed to replace dysfunctional mechanisms with functional ones and although the process was often uncomfortable, I consider that I have evolved a lot as a person and have become a much better version of myself.
