Carmen Neagu
Clinical psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor
speaks English
Description
“I volunteer in psychoeducation projects, am active in communities dedicated to mental health, and believe therapy can mean many things: an honest conversation, a walk in nature, a quiet moment with yourself, or even a mindfulness session. I work without the rush to ‘fix’ something, and I dream of creating outdoor therapeutic experiences for seniors, for women who have been taught to be ‘too nice,’ and for anyone who feels they have lost their way and wants to find themselves again.”
