Maria Pascale<\/h2>\n\n

Maria studied physics at Cambridge, and then continued with a master\u2019s in neuroscience at UCL. Becoming more aware of the lack of dialogue about mental health in Romania during her undergraduate abroad, she founded the NGO to help create an environment more open to accepting and solving mental health issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Dan graduated from Cambridge, worked for 2 years in psychiatric research, and is now a final year PhD candidate in psychology and neuroscience at Princeton. Through his work, Dan aims to help people better understand their mental health and gain better access to support, while helping to improve mental health research in Romania. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Ioana Nicolae<\/h2>\n\n

Ioana has a degree in Psychology and a master’s in Health Psychology from the University of Bucharest. She works as a clinical psychologist and is continuing her training in cognitive-behavioral therapy. She joined the team out of a desire to support her community and advocate for scientifically based psychological interventions. <\/p>\n\n

Oana Dumitrescu<\/h2>\n\n

Oana is a final year student of Military Medicine at UMF Carol Davila, and wants to become a psychiatrist. Passionate about art, in her free time she writes poems, draws and gets involved in creative communities, considering art as a form of stress release and a way to focus on one’s emotions. Through her work in the organisation, she wants to contribute to destigmatising mental disorders and promoting empathy towards mental health. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Ioana graduated in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, following an Erasmus Mundus master’s in Educational Policy. She is currently working in the World Health Organization and as a clinical psychologist, training in integrative trauma psychotherapy. Ioana joined the team to contribute to the promotion of mental health and the use of scientifically validated methods in cultivating resilience and self-regulation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Teona graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Babe\u0219-Bolyai University and has master’s degrees in Psychological Techniques and Forensic Psychology. She is a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, interested in the intersection between the legal and clinical fields, studying the impact of dysfunctional dynamics on victims of abuse. She joined the team to support access to empathic and evidence-based psychoeducation. <\/p>\n\n

Lavinia is a graduate of the Faculty of Sociology in Bucharest, holds a master’s degree in Opinion Polls, Marketing, and Advertising and currently works in the field of market research. She believes that her academic and professional background provides her with valuable skills in understanding human behavior that she is eager to apply in promoting mental health.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Teodora is studying graphic design at the University of Arts in Bucharest and aims to pursue a master’s degree abroad to broaden her perspective on the creative process. She is particularly passionate about illustration, book design and branding. She joined the team to support opening the dialog about mental health and to help create a safe space for discussion. <\/p>\n\n
