The month of June is internationally recognized as Pride Month, where we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community \ud83c\udf08<\/p>\n\n

The mental health of this community has been an important focus of Mental Health for Romania over the last few years, and this is why we prepared an overview of our LGBTQ+ related projects.<\/p>\n\n

The Map of Romanian Mental Health Professionals<\/a> has psychologists and therapists who are part of or allies of the LGBTQ+ community, and who can provide a safe space for counseling and support.<\/p>\n\n

Our Discord server<\/a> is a place for free conversations about mental health. The entire space is LGBTQ+ friendly, with zero tolerance for discrimination. <\/p>\n\n

Onour Instagram<\/a> you can see our collaborations with the Accept<\/a> NGO.<\/p>\n\n

Our research team began a literature review project focused on identifying the differences between LGBTQ+ and non-LGBTQ+ individuals in terms of mental health issues. The results will be published in 2023.<\/p>\n\n
