I am currently undergoing training in IMAGO relational therapy, specialising in couples therapy and training in family therapy. My expertise focuses on managing anxiety, depression and couple relationship issues. However, my goal in therapy has become to help people discover the source of their difficulties, and then develop functional ways to compensate for their developmental deficits and to discover and capitalise on their resilience.
